Our Story

After much planning and scheming we bought a tired run down old house with one plan - turn sweat equity into sea miles, renovation dust into ocean spray. 12 months of back breaking hard work turned into the freedom fund for our floating home, a Jeanneau 49 called “Lady Eleanor”.


We spent a further 12 months learning the boat, the sails and ourselves and now after quitting our full time careers we are officially untied from the dock and untethered from conventional life heading out in search of fun sun and adventure.
