During peak periods, new product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Australia Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Carriers

We ship via reputable carriers including Australia Post and other recognised courier services. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.


Delays & Lost Parcels

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Severe weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
